How many graves are available from this seller?
There are five (5) individual gravesites (plots) available in close proximity. This includes two pairs of sideXside lots. Each of the sites includes the rights to inter one single-depth burial. However, additional use is available. A ‘double-depth’ burial right for each gravesite may be purchased directly from the cemetery management office for an additional fee. Additional cremation rights may also be purchased from the cemetery office. Each individual gravesite can accommodate two burials and up to six cremations and marker after additional rights are purchased.
Why are these gravesites being offered for sale?
The family originally purchased a plot containing a number of gravesites. Some of these gravesites have been used by the family. The family has moved away from the Seattle area. These five gravesites remain available.
Why purchase these gravesites from a private party rather than the cemetery?
Because these gravesites are being offered at a 10% cost savings compared to the price of similar plots offered by the cemetery.
What type of cemetery is Calvary cemetery?
Calvary cemetery is an "historic cemetery", over 100 years old. Dedicated on December 1, 1889, this cemetery of 40 acres of grounds has a long history of service to the Catholic communities of this area and the country.
